Factual errors, outdated figures, a guide that skips the step where you actually got stuck, or a topic you searched for and could not find a straight answer to anywhere.
What we cannot do
We cannot unlock an account, speed up verification, reverse a transfer, recover funds sent to the wrong network, or see anything about your exchange account. Only the exchange's own support can act on those, and you should reach it through its official app or website rather than through any link you were sent.
